i think the real money is for the velociraptor. its not everyday a casting of one of the original sculpts comes up for sale

hell if i was the one buying it the first thing i'd do is make a mould of it and try to make the original costume out of it

What's really interesting is in some of the auction photos you can see the RV in the background. It is definitely in SoCal, so who knows what's going on.
