In event that i cant find that, is it possible to use tshirt transfer paper?

I'm pretty sure hobby lobby carries waterside decals. You could try the tshirt transfer, but test it on the pants part of the rain suit first.

Sorry to revive this old tread.

I'm presently trying to make a raincoat with (sorry if the english word is not right): imprints or silk screen prints.

I'll check it out how it end up and see if the pvc hold the heat or melt !!!!

If it doesn't work I'll have some prints done and glued to the jacket.

not overlay cutting, but printing. I dont think overlay would hold good on the rain jacket.
