Federal Signal 191X Replicas (Perimeter/T-Rex Paddock Fence Lights)

Hey all,
Already had a thread over at the RPF, but figured there may also be some interest in the build process here.
The first batch of the final prototypes is being hand-finished, sealed, and painted as I type this. Each was hand sanded, filled, and then epoxy coated for this set only. (and the set to be molded and cast)
Check out the RPF thread for details on how this replica was painstakingly 3D modeled. This was all done with the intention of scaling the lights down to 50% (which is done) to make a kit for my JPJeep event displays (put a 'fence' around the vehicle to keep fans from touching at certain gatherings). However, the below are all 100% scale, and true in almost every way to the originals, minus a few watermark elements that no one would ever notice but me (to spot recasters). I planned to decorate my garage bays with these full-scale versions.
For the moment, here's some pics of the final steps before they're finished:
