I am posting this for the owner of this Jeep
It started out as a pretty rusty Jeep Sahara sitting near Reading PA

The seller actually told us that this jeep was passed up by someone else a year earlier for a Jurassic Jeep because it needed too much work
It included soft doors and top parts to keep it screen accurate
It also included 2 original rust free jeep fenders to replace the ones that came on the jeep
I replaced both front fenders and a really bad tailgate
found a used tailgate

The body overall was in good shape but the paint was worn and peeling, Jeep was sanded all dents removed and primed for block sanding including doors
Then the interior was prepped and Raptor lined with the exterior color added to the liner
Next came the sandblasting and painting of the wheels inside and out

After block sanding the primer , the jeep gets a second primer coat and the final sanding is done prior to painting
Jeep then gets 4 to 5 coats of sand beige low gloss poly paint, the color is amazing
All flares are also painted at this point and flex agent is added to the paint for those so the plastic parts can flex and not crack the new paint

Next the tires were installed including the screen accurate rear spare
At this point the jeeps trim parts are sanded and repainted a nice semi-gloss black to match they way they came new and installed
The next step is the jeep gets reassembled prior to mocking up the stripes
Decals can then be added to the body

Once the jeep is back together the entire jeep gets masked off again so the stripes can get painted on
This includes light sanding of the beige areas to give the red good adhesion
Then the red is applied to body mirrors and the windshield

After red is tacky the jeep is unmasked and all paper is removed, the jeep sits overnight and then final reassembly
paint gets applied in the door jams and also under the hood to match the stripes

And here are the final shots out in the sun....This was one of the biggest turn arounds on a old green Sahara. My best one to date
This jeep was painted with Ford Performance red, so as you can see Jeep 12 is done in Radient fire, so these are good comparison shots
If your thinking of doing a conversion but think it is too much for you please give me a call
