JP12 build… Harding County KY

Post by JPFAN12 » July 15th, 2021, 11:52 am

Hey guys, haven’t been on here in a long time cause it took me this long to finally get to where I can start the build. What color do you guys think I should paint the engine bay? Black like a lot of others or the base Sand beige like the rest of the body? Factory color of the Jeep is gray and so is the engine bay

If you want it to look stock then you should paint it sand beige like the rest of the Jeep. If I were going to paint my engine bay, I would paint it black. Hides way more dirt and looks cleaner in my opinion. But I won't be doing either as my jeep is not disassembled and don't see a point in taking it apart to paint an area no one sees.

Thanks for the advice Dwight... I am leaning more towards the Sand Beige
