Wow, i knew rust could be an issue on these YJs, but being from Oklahoma as well, seeing it is pretty shocking. I've only had to deal with 2 dime size spots of surface rust.

What foglights are those? They look pretty accurate to stock.

Was that the winch with the crack in the box under the motor? Did it end up working?

That jeep sure has a lot of rust. I got my first jeep from Pennsylvania and it had just a little bit of surface rust.

my first Jeep had zero rust, everything came apart real easy and none of the underside bolts broke or rounded off when i replaced suspension parts. Also this one is a 94 and mine is a 95, the 95's had galvinized frames and the 94's didn't so maybe that is why this one rusted up like it did?

What kind of winch is that and where did you find it and what did it cost you? Looking good so far, especially your rust repair.

I will answer with alacrity. That is a Ramsey Rep6000. Ramsey is basically out of business now and their new 6000 pound winch doesnt look the same. To be "Canon" you will need one of these. The early nineties rep6000 had a metal plug/flap where the remote plugged where as the later 90's winch had a plastic plug/flap and the logo/sticker changed. The movie jeeps had the metal plug as seen here on this jeep. Price ranges of the 90's rep6000 vary a large amount and a average is hard to give. I shopped long and hard for mine and this is IMO the crown of a canon build because of the difficulty getting one in your hands even after making contact with a seller. They are easiest to locate on craigs list but they do show up on ebay also. Try searching all major cities on craigs list and you should find one.
