got my winch mounted

So, I bought the winch about three months ago and I finally got it on today. The winch plate was an absolute BEAR to deal with. it needed holes drilled to bolt to the frame and I drilled one just off 
it was terrible to adjust, plus I didn't have a large enough bit and I had to ream out every hole I drilled. The winch bolted to the plate no problem though! It had predrilled holes. the winch plate was 30$ and it looks exactly the same as the screen accurate plate!
