I'm a newbie. I found just about the nicest Sahara in my price range. 105K miles with a dry undercarriage. Bought from Derr456 and he's been super-helpful with advice.


Thus far:
-Removed and replaced the interior after touching up very minor rust on the floorboards
-New drivers seat mount
-Reconditioned passenger seat mount
-Fresh fluids, lower steering shaft assy
-Repainted peeling flares and running boards OEM green
-Bought/stripped/polished screen-accurate wheels. I would hate to paint over these.
-Polished out old paint and on and on....
-225/75R15 Firestone Destination (I got cheap) whose graphics are very Jurassic-park like!

*What I'm working toward: turning into a JP Jeep which may be quite some time--that's ok! I'll be looking for some KC amber fogs and some running boards that aren't messed up like I did mine.

Great looking Jeep! I'm really curious what your price range is because I haven't come across anything that nice looking yet, at any price! Crazy that it already has the rare lightbar as well. It's destiny!

That is one nice and clean green YJ! Those seats look to be in great condition! Looking forward to seeing the build.

Thanks all for the comments! The seats are awesome. I didn't want to pay for that $7,000. As far as finding one, dig around on CL and I often post "found" ones on the site.
