got all my lights...was a little over $500 for all 4, bought them from 3 different sellers but got the best prices i could find.
Here is my first mock up on the light bar with all 4.
I have been trying different things for the bases of the lights and found that I am going to go with the drain pipe meathod. Its ALOT easier and is very uniform looking.
Just need to paint and assemble. I have a machine shop making me the guards.
Still need to figure out the brackets for the guards.

The drainpipe looks good. How much is your machinist charging you for the light guards? And what are they made of?

Only had a guy from work take it to the shop, they charge me by type of materials and how hard it is to make.
I'll let you know

ok tonight i got to the lights, tomorrow i will wire them up inside the jeep
Here is the process, i made the whole job harder by going for a screen accrate lightbar. I welded the 3 pieces together to make it all one bar. This made it real hard to run the wires through the light. I had to use a fish and tie a string to each wire and pull them. The bend in the bar made it impossible to just feed the wire through on it's own.
Also each additional light wire made the inside of the bar that much tighter
I have all the lights mounted on the bar and we put it back on the jeep
