Mounted the lightbar last night. I did it by myself and I have to say, it was a pain in the ass.

Yeah the shop that made my lightbar worked on getting the old bolts out for 1/2 the time it took to do the whole bar. Best $150 I spent EVER having them do it all.

i remember my bolts. i thought i was going to brake my nice snap on bit. I actually thought i did when it broke loose with a *crak* sound. looks great!

Got the bolts out with a little bit of coaching and a lot of penetrating oil. The install itself was a pain to do by oneself. Had to rig a pulley on one side while I bolted the other.
As of right now I'm waiting for it to warm up some to paint the Jabscos and the side steps.
I made these a while back for the front fogs, but haven't posted them yet. I made them out of the same material as the mounting plate for the top of the lightbar, just a decent gage metal. No real design here, just looked at what the originals looked like and tried to get it close. Going to see how they hold up, but I think they'll work.
Just made a template, cut and drimmeled the radius out of square stock. Hit them with primer and black spray paint. Mounted them on the bolts that hold the bumper horn. With the 6" fogs mounted.
