Re: Tamiya 1/24 Build Along!
Oooh, working on model cars I hear. I've been working on making a 1/24th scale Ford Explorer replica, and have been 3d modeling some of the parts for it such as the Brush guard, track sensors, roof with lights, bubble roof. Nice! What base are you using? I've seen a lot of '96 AMTs but couldn't fin...

Re: CT JP15 -
Pulled the Jeep out of the garage today and put insurance back on it. Going to DC this weekend so it's going to have to go back in the garage but I gotta get the exhaust swapped out so it can pass emissions.... Also received this today. I know a few of us have this 20 year old model kit, and not many of us have started it. I'm curious if anyone wants to do a build-along... Maybe share in experiences, tips, and resources. I have a ton of other projects on my plate but my goal is to get this model done by July 1st. My plans are to bu...

I mean if it is, it is. 1992 appears to be the first year Ford came out with...

Looks great!
Just a stepper bit but don't go too many steps! Then put some paint on that freshly bare metal.usmercenary wrote: Thanks, I'm glad you like it! I actually do have the whip antenna and the mounting hardware, just have to actually install it. I'll be scared to drill thru the body!

Re: David's JP project (spike42718)
I went with single stage matte and I love it. Just a tad bit of a sheen. It's probably even flattened out a bit since most of the pictures I've taken of it.
