Well you definitely picked the wright power wheels to start with.

Its movie prop that Jurassic Con borrowed from MEL studios, who did most of the sfx and whatnot for the movie. We had a 20th anniversary showing in LA for the movie and set up a small display with some of the clothing and props. This guy just happened to follow me home for a night haha.

For the fenders, might want to give adhesion promoter a shot before buying new ones. You can pick that up at any pep boys/ autozone.

Have you thought of putting some Armorall on those door panels to bring back the gloss look? might work.
