Yeah, you can find the newer style (securenet and short) radios pretty easily. I was talking about the harder to find older style with the larger button recess and lacking RAT buttons (accurate to JP1, JW they used newer radios). So dying the carrier black worked amazingly well. I used the powder rit dye with some vinegar on the stove top. I had two colors of carriers that I did at the same time, one was originally blue and one was orange. I cant even tell the difference, they both took the dye really well. So I had a co-wor...

I used waterslide decals to do mine. Worked really well, although it took a few attempts to get the heat/time right. I did a few tests on the pants before I started the jacket.
