It came without neither battery nor charger, but again, the price was really low. Sooooo... I am designing and 3D printing my own "battery housing"...

Just my two cents. You may want to stick to the original fog lights and forget about mounting new ones to the bumper. After all, if the fleet was updated, they would have used OEM fogs as they did in the first park, and you already have OEM's.
